Preikestolen or Prekestolen is an acclaimed vacation spot in the region of Forsand in Rogaland province, Norway. Preikestolen is a lofty precipice which rises 604 meters over the Lysefjorden. Toward the beginning of April 2013, an undertaking began to enhance the way up to Preikestolen as the old one was small to the point that it frequently caused "delays", and at a few focuses, on the way, it was now and again difficult to get past. By August 2014, the way was finished.
